Racing NSW Mission Statement

To provide independent, strong and united leadership in the development and enhancement of the NSW Thoroughbred Racing Industry, which will lead to the maintenance of confidence in the integrity of the industry, improvement in its competitive position and increased financial returns to constituent stakeholders

The Australian Racing Board (ARB) was established in June, 1998. The precursors to the ARB were the Australian Conference of Principal Racing Clubs (ACPC) and the National Office of Australian Racing (NOAR). The ACPC was a meeting of the Principal Clubs – held at Easter in Sydney and during the Spring Racing Carnival in Melbourne – which can be traced back to the early 1900s. The NOAR was established in 1990 to provide a secretariat for the ACPC.

TRACKDATA is a racing information, news, links and data service provider, for both Australian and International racing. The focus is on the wagering side of horse racing, especially in regard to online betting and exchange trading.

The website provides a number of unique items, including Race Analysis charts providing 20 year historical summaries of feature races, Betting Analysis reports providing opening odds and market opinions on likely market movers, and Racetrack Satellite images of all metropolitan tracks. Trackdata particularly prides itself on providing the most comprehensive set of racing information links on the internet.
